WBDs attempt to get out debt is doing serious harm with it's talent both in front of the screen and behind the screen.
-Talent agents are allegedly telling their clients to stay away from WBD as they are unpredictable and there is no guarantee that their hard work will be seen by anyone after they canceled Batgirl, Scooby Doo, and pulled various shows from their HBO/MAX platforms to cut down on paying talent any residual $$$
-Given the current state of Hollywood and streaming, it is easier for talent to jump to rival studios where they know their work is safer.
-Legendary Entertainment is allegedly looking to break up with WBD and move on to Sony or Paramount.
-LE had paired with WBD to co-finance Dune and the MonsterVerse that included Godzilla.
-Even before Discovery took over, LE was blindsided by the company to release their films directly to HBO Max alongside theater releases
-LE has to ride out the relationship through Dune 2 and Godzilla vs. Kong 2
-Should they leave WBD, it is possible that they would take franchise rights to both films with them
