He may as well forget that. Trump got these CACs protected from lawsuits. So this will become more common. His only argument may be that this happened before Trump initiated the protections. So that CAC cop wasn't immune at the time. But they definitely deserve to be sued. Maybe not to the tune of 20 million but if you illegally detain or arrest someone because you are in your feelings.
