Eh with GS moving and actually being relevant, the hardcore rowdy fans will start to get displaced by the uppity types.

To the level of the Lakers? No
You think so? I doubt it. We'll see. The tickets are already high af now and its still loud. Parking is $40 and its still loud even though most catch the BART there.

Yeah, it's really more about those fakkits going to try to be seen then prices. Even though a lot of great fans get priced out.

Honestly I think it may have started already. That B-Diddy run felt like it had far more hype and excitement in the crowd.

And Lakers fans get a lot of shyt, but go back to the 2000/2001 championship seasons, and those crowds were live. Everybody was hungry for the chip. Like if you watch the Kobe to Shaq lob or Horry 3 against the Kings, the energy is :wow:

LA crowds are live when the team is good. And it's really iconic when that happens cause you got crazy casual fans mixed with celebrities. It'll be sad once Jack isn't sitting courtside. And the Warriors fan base mirrors the Seahawks. Crazy fans buy haven't been doing it long enough to put them up there with the Cowboys, Steelers, etc...although it's crazier right now

Some of it will change when they move to SF... right now the Warriors games feel like family. I don't usually see no drama at games and the fans are always into the game. shyt, the staff is top notch, everybody that greets you there makes you feel welcome. I think that may change as well.

West also said that the fan base changed when they moved to staples, and some of that will happen when the Warriors move too. It happened with the Giants as well, its not as noticeable with the Niners down at Levi's.

Facts. Outside of Knicks fans (who are loyal to a fault :to:) I don't think there's as passionate a bunch as GS fans anywhere in the league.
Salt Lake City or Toronto maybe?

Anyways, LA isnt a diehard sports city in general. Too many entertainment options. Too many transplants. Fans in Northern California are passionate about all their teams, Warriors, Raiders, Kings, Niners, Sharks, etc
