South Central Los Angeles So Wut U Wanna Do??
On one hand Sir -Mix-A-Lot was giving black women a sense of pride when he explained to them that their attributes were actually coveted and beautiful:shaq: and that flat and fake women were:scust:....

But what he didn't foresee was that the song would be a cultural and generational crossover hit that would still be relevant 25 years later. That also spawned the very women that he was disgusted by to do a complete about face and want to be like the beautiful sister that didn't miss the "red beans and rice."

These women became unashamed of their "curvy" bodies and even got surgeries to mimic what Sir Mix-A-Lot was so enamored with...Thus minimizing the very sisters he was trying to uplift:francis:

No more than move something, or doing the butt... which basically means that the song didn't have any effect on our community...

Bad Thread :scust:

Move Something and Doin The Butt were not mega hits like Baby Got Back...there's a reason why Baby Got Back is still relevant today
