All I know is he was the most athletic fat nicca I've ever seen. First time I heard about Baron Davis was when Michigan was recruiting him heavy in the mid 90's. One scout talked about his weight being an issue even then I think it came down to UCLA, Michigan and one other school and he decided to stay home. Didn't really keep track of him until Michigan played UCLA in the '98 tournament. All I saw was this chubby nicca with a big ass knee brace. This nicca proceeded to dunk on the entire Michigan squad and tear up his knee when he landed. I just remembered thinking to myself I've never seen a chubby ass nicca so explosive in my life.
