Everybody does not go through a full body pat down. Also, it’s his right to request a woman if he dissent feel comfortable with a man doing it. I’m not sure if they have to honor that request, but it’s his right to request it. I do know that no one would bat an eye if a female passenger request a woman to do the check. . As someone who gets flagged almost every time for a full body pat down, you feel targeted and tired of a mother man having to rub his hand up and down your body.

I meant everybody that triggers a full body pat down. They just don’t randomly select you, he probably triggered an alarm or something hence the check. And you can’t compare a woman requesting someone of the same gender to pat them down to a man requesting someone of the opposite gender to pat them down.

By law, you can only request same gender body rubs.
