:patrice: it was its own animal. GRODT is probably at the top of the list of classics from the past 15 years.

GRODT was fire but lyrically and conceptually Ready to Die was on some other shyt :mindblown:

I can still play songs off RTD so no, I won't compare them at all.

rds borderline classic I think it's a bit overrated tho. There's def songs on it I nvr listen too. It's not a masterpiece like some of the other classics in the 90s. D"vils is one of the best songs. Still a great album and superior (top 25 oat) as far as grodt vs rd goes the highs on rd are real high but the overall product isn't better then get rich to me at least in my point of view.
