Ren was a very underrated dope MC...he held it down after Cube left NWA

that said Cube at his peak was GOAT type level

I think Renw as def AS dope as Cube, he was just too raw to hit the mainstream. Cube had that songwriters sensibilities, Ren is a DOPE MC but Cube is a bit more polished as an MC which is why he blew up more. Plus the fact that Ren stayed with Ruthless and all that when the spotlight moved to Dre & Cube.
