More agile, lighter on his feet. Not as strong, almost as good a worker.

Bret took this shyt seriously............no I mean, he lived his gimmick. Much like Cena, it wasn't a gimmick, it was who he was so he was a lot more serious towards perfecting his craft. Owen was just having fun out there who could've potentially been the best worker of the family. Owen was more comfortable on the mic, more charismatic, kinda small for Vince's taste to hold the world title, but could still garner heat from the cartoon era on over to the attitude era.

Some people enjoyed watching him more than Bret cause his style had more high-flying acrobatics, and hey, all power to em :ehh:

Even though he is my personal GOAT, and that he is full of himself dude was better than Owen. Owen was better on the mic but Bret was that dude.

Even though Bret was the better Hart, I hold Owen in a better regard. Just because Nash said it best, Bret was his own biggest mark. Sometimes you just need to hold off, and just have fun. I feel somewhat Bret was distraught on himself, just because I think he realized his own pride put him in bad spots. Owen was purely just the worst guy to die; dude never used roids, family man, full of life and played pranks to help ease tension. I think Vince harbors a sad regret with Owen as well, since Vince probably feels deeply sorry for allowing Russo to do that shyt with Owen.

I don't know, but Bret just had an "it" factor that Owen simply didn't have. Bret looked the part. His style looked convincing. 2 completely different approaches to wrestling.

Owen was more athletic. Even if Bret was as athletic, I believe he would have kept any high flying acts to a minimum since his goal was to be heavyweight champion. Heavyweights at that time simply did not do high flying.

There was like a 7-8 year age gap between the 2. It takes these niiggas YEARS of grinding to get their spot (which is why they don't like to give it up). Who knows what could have happened if not for that night

Bret had the better career obviously, and certainly has a way bigger catalog of good/great matches. But yes, I do think Owen was more talented :manny:

It was just a job for Owen. I remember hearing other guys say he never really wanted the responsibility of being World Champion or something to that effect. I preferred Bret. They should've let him run a bit more with that "Black Heart/Hart" character when he came back after Montreal

I don't think so, but Owen still holds a special place in my memory mainly for this.

no fukkin way
owen was boring as fukk
straight mid card talent that is all

outside of his feud with bret, the only good thing he ever did was the match on raw vs hbk right after the screwjob when they thought for 5 minutes of making him a main eventer but he sucked so bad he went back to tag teaming
