reTIreMEnt: THE ALBUM (01/22) ALL DSPs
These two joints on his tape yesterday. Before randomly getting the tape, with a bunch of other shyt, I heard maybe a verse or two I felt was decent, but these two tracks made me an INSTANT fan. I'm checkin for son, just on the strength he strikes me as a real nikka, can spit, and he played 2nd fiddle to a cornier, struggle bar, ghostwritten-for SQAD UP transition from Wobbly-Wobbly to punchlines/metaphors Weezy and never blew. When he was probably the one who put in more work and deserved it. Now I see/understand why 50 signed this nikka.

"Run up on you, then I put one in yo hat nikka...
Ya body on the curb, Funkdafied, like Da Brat nikka...
Letcha baby momma get the 'Rest In Peace' tat, nikka...
This ain't no Twitter beef, mention me, I get @ nikkas..."
The song using the sample from Fat Joe's "Victim" (dissing 50 back in 05) makes this shyt that much harder...
This song too real for words.
I want this cat to win somethin slight...Don't see it happening, but if 50 had the same power he did years ago, I woulld've loved to see how dude meshed with the earlier Unit. His voice annoyed the fukk outta me at first, but he's growing on me, n/h
