I think that shyt was a ruse, for fif trying to get some footing in the south. It wasn't a sign and I give you those so-called 10mil, it was for him to be like an A&R start a label and get some of the South Talent and operate regionally so those artist didn't have to come to New York to cut deals and have project meetings. Shawty Lo was to grind and find talent in order too receive funds. It wasn't an artist deal.
