Was the GTA San Andreas basketball glitch ever fixed?

I'm running a 110%, got like 4 gf left and stunt jumps.but something that frustrates the hell out of me is there are so many basketball courts but they glitch out. Was a fix never found for PC?

I don't want to start a new game. This feat took me forever. All I wanted to do was hoop in my scrubs and pull off in a hovercraft.
