Chinese people in China use msg in almost every dish especially in regards to street food and they have a life expectancy of 77 years old. MSG being bad was definitely overhyped.
Yep! The whole MSG scare popped up in the 70s out of nothing, and it turns out that the sodium levels in umami is much lower that what corporations here pump into their processed foods. Connect those dots and tell me it's not hemp all over again.
