that was some willie lynch shyt on a galactic level. The Krogans took over because no one introduced other options to their culture until Shepard. If its sentient, and has critical thinking its capable of logic...all krogans wanna do is fight so create things besides war that are conductive to that. Also get the humans in the fight, you could argue that with the human fleet the krogans woulda been pushed back. The Turians were to few, the Salarians didn't have a big enough navy and the Asari weren't centralized enough.

The Krogan didn't develop naturally,. they were still wild animals until the Salarians came and super sped up their brain development and growth to fight them giant spiders... but them nikkas brains was still to wild and primitive and they ended up Nuking their own planet while still multiplying at an astronomical rate.. the counsil wasn't bout to let these nuke carrying wild animals spread throughout the galaxies.. drastic mztters had to be taken for everyones sake
