Is that the breh who pops out of nowhere with the swords? Dude only showed up once when i was fighting the final boss. It left me perplexed at the time because I didn't even remember getting him.

Odin made me feel TOO nice in FF8. I'd be getting random encounters and I would be like "I'm not even going to dignify you with my presence Odin come bring some sense into these fools right quick"

Islands closest to heaven and hell were the only places that enemy levels didnt scale with your partys level. Its actually better in FF8 to run from every battle since fighting bosses at low levels makes them have wayyy less HP and power while you have powerful junctions/weapons. Shoulda had encounter-none on breh.

And Odin gets murked by a dude standing still later in the game

he randomly appearz in a battle and I choose "excalipoor" ...

now Im like : fukk GILGAMESH !
