Was Tupac ever going to do anything with Biggie, or was he content to use Biggie’s skillset as a novelty act sideshow intermission for his concerts?

Was Tupac justified in his expectation of allegiance from Biggie because he let Biggie rock the mic at his shows? Some in the performance world might see such an act as adding a free sense of filler to your show, because Biggie’s style being debuted to a new audience onstage would have been an intriguing novelty act. It would have been very new for people to hear Biggie’s style before Biggie rose to prominence

Another platinum Tupac/Biggie thread for 2025, just in time to commemorate the anniversary of the Quad shooting :youngsabo:

I don't get Pac's thought process when he, himself, was Digital Underground's dancer and hype man before his career took off.
I mean... shyt really ironic 'cause Pac probably wasn't all in the videos... dancin' like Puffy, but he was dancin' with the entourage.

Biggie was signed to Bad Boy so it wasn't his place to "do" anything with him really. But Biggie was going to be on the Thug Life album with "Runnin'" but Interscope got scared from the Cop Killer backlash and cut the song from the project. 2Pac also recorded House of Pain for Ready to Die but it was cut for whatever reason.
