I mean his song writing . . would it ever of come to a point where his productivity would subside? I can't imagine an artist more prolific at their craft . . his brand of music is just untouchable

He left us after a string of 4 classic albums

Thug Life
Me Against the World
All Eyez on Me
The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory

Could you imagine what would of came of his next project -

We know his last few songs displayed growth in his direction which included an emphasis on a a venomous delivery with excelled lyrical devices that were more transparent upon listening

"Hell 4 a Hustler"
"All Out"
"Let's Get It On" (Mike Tyson ring walk song)
"My Closest Road Dogs" with Big Syke
Toss It Up - last verse (the rest of the song was recorded earlier in the summer and was put on the album after it was decided that it would be a commercial release rather than the underground project he had planned, once that was decided he threw on the third verse and they shot the video

-------------------------------------------
In 1997 (outside of One Nation) - I was expecting his release to look something like this

"Tongue Kissin'" - single . . you can hear it in the delivery of the song, the sounds used. This one was made with the intention of radio - It also follows the Interscope line of running a single until the well runs dry - Tupac might of been the first example of this that comes to mind - "Temptations" >> "How Do You Want It" >> "Toss It Up" >>> "Tongue Kissin" was next up

"My Block" - just to change courses and directions for the new year of 1997, if you listen to the lyrics it's presented in a great way and very radio accessible. You can tell there's a conscious effort to go about it in a clean way, and that's how you know it's single . . on second thought, this was used in The Show sound track . . so no this wouldn't of been 1997

Pac was NEVER going to fall off...

Dude was blessed with two of the greatest talents, the ability for self-expression and effective communication...

And when you think about it, 2Pac was still "raw" when he released Makaveli...

He was still developing different ideas, struggling with life issues and etc...

He never really came to an "understanding"...

He was just special. We are never gonna see pictures of him when hes old, having kids and all that so he's pretty much frozen in time, so all we can do is wonder and thats whats great. Like his brain waves reacted at a really high level at age 24/25. Cant name another artist that was going in his direction at that age.

We know he did ecstasy in Italy during the summer of 1996 . . we know he had sex with Versace's wife while there . . that could of had an effect on his level of serotonin in the next months - this can produce an outburst of creativity and explains the venom behind his later works.

Rumors of some cocaine use have been brought up before in the past but there's never been any solidifying evidence toward it.

Wasn't he under some court ordered Thorazine treatment? Something like that? They showed a prescription for it in Tupac Resurrection
