I'm not really following Turkish politics, but its possible. They have allowed fighters to cross into Syria and back, many of them IS fighters. So its not impossible for Turkey. Or maybe it was some Grey Wolves type group like you mentioned. Surely not to this extent though.Marred by corruption according to some reports with them closing down news stations in the run up. Not sure if the news station thing could be national law in regards to voting policy though. I think Turkey has always been pretty corrupt from what I've read.
