The whole thing was to deflect people's attention. It's called the Hegelian Dialectic or Problem-Reaction-Solution.
So the Washington Post and the rest can take a seemingly temporary L, and say "oh our bad". While they were making fraudulent claims and getting people all worked up over bullshiit...a white Republican and an Asian Democrat in Congress used it as an opportunity to sponsor the Disinformation/Propaganda legislation, which they slid into the annual NDAA, EU, Congress, and Silicon Valley Caught Political/Ideological Fade, Now Censoring Alt/Indy Media. This is supposed to be a law, meaning permanent until new legislation or judicial overrule, that will essentially censor the 1st Amendment on the internet and beyond. The whole point of it was that Russia had infiltrated and that domestic alt/indy news sites, need to be censored since they are pushing foreign "Disinformation/Propaganda".
As you can see there was no foreign Disinformation/Propaganda or hacking as was being told from the loudspeakers of the MSM, yet they used this Actual Fake News story as a ruse/ploy/validation to create a platform to destroy our 1st Amendment. They even got the big search engines and social media sites to begin censoring, in the U.S., Europe and beyond...all based on complete lies.
.So really they didn't take an L, they got a W, because the law was still passed and signed by BHO
.Yall understanding now how these things work? It's incremental...piece by piece...fraudulent news stories by fraudulent stories to take our rights away. They've been repeating the same recipe for 15 years.
It's not as much about partisan or race, those or just used as bait to deflect your attention, as it is overwhelmingly about fukkbois wanting to gradually enshrine tyranny in the "Land of Freedom". We are caught up in Bread and Circuses and can't discern, remember, or care about the overall pattern, because it's done so slow and we can't keep tabs on all the lil papercuts that actually in total are hemmorhaging our rights away.
