i used to think hells winter was the perfect hip hop album... its still pretty good but i'll admit thats its too big of a stretch to call it better than mmlp....
but i do think movies for the blind is a lot better than sslp...sslp was just some cartton kiddie shyt imo...

I never fukked with his music but I do remember watching Celph Titled clock ole boy in the face at SOB's in the early 00s during an MF Doom performance. Then LOL'd the next day reading Cage and El-P saving face on forums saying he didn't get punched, he got "bear-hugged". It was comedy on da innanetz for sure. I didn't fukk with Celph music neither back then but Nineteen Ninety Now changed me. One of the few cac type shyts I can play. But when those guys were beefing they all looked like clowns. Cage's earlier music is respectable, he paid his dues. This ain't to derail his appreciation in this thread and it certainly doesn't affect his music, so carry on. Just one of the few juvenile events I always think about when I see him mentioned since I was able to witness. Cage fans always wanna say he never got touched or was jumped and Celph fans wanna say he knocked him out and beat him to a pulp. It was neither...just simply some cold clockin. I still laugh to this day though.

What's his music sounding like nowadays? Last I checked it was some sad rock sounding stuff. Is he back on some hip hop shyt? I'm taking a road trip to WA for family, I'll peep some new cac stuff if it's dope, just no sad suicide songs breh.
