that Iraq character was a great villain, the post fight against him was good
This game has more colorful graphics but they aren't better than the first one if you play on PC, game isn't as smooth even if you got the best hardware, its terrible port,
The action in the gameplay was far greater they dialed it down too much in this game, and the hacking was always the wackest part and its more of it in this game

Never finished the game because I had to do more side quest in order to unlock the last mission.
I thought the game was interesting but just ok. I don’t think it was trash but Mafia 3 was more enjoyable to me.

The boss fight against Iraq was the best out of any of these GTA type games
you literally got hack way through the carter, its way better than anything in watch dogs 2, the graphics were better in the first game if you play PC they look more realistic and frame rates are ridiculously high with no sign slow down even in 4k, when Watch Dogs 2 looks more colorful but it makes everything look more cartoony and less realistic than the gritty looking chicago
