So I was looking at a house a few months ago. Had a buyer/seller agent show me the place. I was pointing out shyt that was suspect to me, or just general concerns I had about the house. Her on just about everything was :ehh: "aint a thing"

She was trying to get me to sell for way less on my house and buy without much of a bargain on the asking price. That shyt sold for $20K less than asking :scust: If did what she was asking it might have cost me $30K.

What made me make the thread was kind of the last straw on her shady ass tactics. Anything I said, she had a :ehh: answer for. Even when I said "looks like the garage was an add-on." she's "doesn't look like it to me :ehh:" I liked the house so much I asked city hall for the plans, turns out she was full of shyt :snoop:

Just have to always remember, they want the sale first; you pay more they make more. They're pretty much used car salesmen.

A buyers agent is supposed to be in your best interest but that’s hard if they are getting a percentage of the sale. The only thing it really pisses off is the sellers agent because they are losing a percentage of their cut. I actually thought Redfin was a good service since their agents get a salary and do not benefit the same way from a sale. At least that’s what they told me at one of their free dinner talks.

Side note sign up for Redfin free homebuyer dinner talks. Free meal at a fancy restaurant and you get some home buying tips.
