Has anyone encountered T-Bone yet? They advertised him on the Season Pass & he looks like a dope character

But I've had the game since Tuesday & I still haven't seen this nikka . I didn't buy the pass so I don't really care but at them conning people into paying for a character that has nothing to do with the story
