How much better does the game look than say... Batman Arkham City or GTA5 though? I think casual gamers are going to start turning up their nose to some of these games if they don't start really setting themselves a part from last gen titles
I didn't give a shyt about framerate and resolution last gen and I don't give a shyt this gen either. Case and point, I had batman aa on ps3 when it ran better on Xbox, got arkham city on Xbox, and got origins on ps3. Didn't stop me from enjoying the game at all. So far it's the same this gen. Got tomb raider and battlefield on xbox even tho it runs better on ps4. I plan to get most shooters on xbox simply bc of the controller, and maybe randomly split multiplats between the 2.

So why don't you understand the concept of someone buying their games on PS4 because it's the better version between the two AND the controller is preferred??? Y'all can't just look at it from one perspective. When I had a PS3 and 360, I preferred playing games on PS3 simply because I liked being on PSN where most of my friends where and online was free over Xbox. When a game like Bayonetta which ran and played way better on 360 came out, it would look silly to try and justify the PS3 version.
@MeachTheMonster a funny guy, he co-signs the OP yet he bought Watch Dogs when he could've gotten it for Xbox 1.

It's the same as assasins creed, you climb buildings and do that stupid ubisoft checkpoint gimmick
straight dissapointment. The cars look terrible, driving is terrible. Animations for everything that aren't organic, peds react on some True Crime streets of LA type madness. How do you fukk up open world when rockstar clearly laid the blueprint for how it shoudl be done, first starting with proper physics mechanics for the world.....
can only change the colour of trench coat and hat ala assasina creed. It's most likely just AC4 with chigaco built on top of the ocean

First off the nvidia specific features add graphical depth to the game that no other version has. Have you seen some of those screenshots at ultra settings? Dat water
It's really a significant upgrade over the console versions.
Second it's an adult game and I'd rather play it in my room away from the kids.

The only value in money is its spending power. The value in a game in multifaceted P's are only a small part of the picture. It's perfectly logical for a person to pick the version with less P's if it works for them. As you explained earlier about ps3 games.
