I've seen shyt like this happen first hand in my lifetime.
nikka sound like a damn c00n and like he's enjoying it
THings like this happen to good people, and here is finding happinness in this and making assumptions, like assumming they must be tearing up the house![]()
We don’t know what emotional or economic hardships lead to this eviction.
Everyone going through their own battles especially Black people, and now we got a c00n ass nikka recording someone’s struggle for entertainment purposes.
He's a property manager in Detroit. Some of his videos are, he deals with squatters a lot.
He also said, those people had months to prepare...and I know for a fact that the eviction process in some states are lengthy.
At the end of the day, if you own a property, and the tenant doesn't pay rent, you lose money point blank period.
I get that and understand some people stall the proccess. But its his commentary and cold heartedness I didn't like "mama where my shoes".
I may be taking it personally because I've been one of those kids scared as shyt you about to be out in the cold in the streets.
Luckily we had a old land lord ,who him and his wife felt sorry for us and had known us for a while, salute Mr and Mrs Draper.
When you broke making minimum wage all it takes is one car repair or medical bill and you in a hard place if you not making money on the job like that. So all that "they had plenty of time to prepare" is nonsense. Ain't no preparing or coming back when you already behind, and then have to pay late fees, lawyer fees.
