By the time people are being "locked out" by the sheriff's office, which is what the video is showing, landlord hasn't received rent payment for up to 3 months. Meanwhile he still has mortgage, taxes, and utilities to pay for the property. fukk the tenants.

When you broke making minimum wage all it takes is one car repair or medical bill and you in a hard place if you not making money on the job like that. So all that "they had plenty of time to prepare" is nonsense. Ain't no preparing or coming back when you already behind,and then have to pay late fees,lawyer fees.

Been there done that. As a kid an adult.
When you have 90 + days to move, more than likely, you haven't been paying rent for like 5 or 6 months.
For them to be in that situation, they didn't even try. The landlord was old, and they probably felt he was going to let them stay because of the babies. The guy given the commentary also knows the landlord and he said that he caved in the past so for him to kick them out like that meant there was god level fukkery going on.

Become a landlord to people not paying you for months and see if you have that same energy.
For real, what's teh point of this video? People getting kicked out of their house. Looks just like someone moving. I think as a culture we're becoming too thirsty for human misery.
