We always talk about Angle, HBK, Austin, Rock, and Hogan, but what about...

Had the same gimmick since 1991 and still a top draw today. That alone rank him one of the GOATS. The most respected wrestler in the business today. Only the bolded.

His last few Mania matches were really good.

28 vs Triple H
27 vs. Triple H
26 vs HBK
25 vs. HBK

24 vs. Edge
23 vs. Batista
21 vs Orton

I know dudes who just order Wrestlemania just to see Taker's match
The boded are the are the one fans will remember, Too bad he never went against the Rock, those 2 would have put on a hell of a show.

The greatest character ever created by Vince McMahon, 100% loyal to his company, still over after 20+ years with the same basic character (some tweaks along the way, but basically the same dude), the acknowledged locker room leader, a consistent backbone of the company, the reason Kane exists, and the principal character in one of Wrestlemania's biggest selling points for the last several years. What's not to like?

He's had corny moments, but I always thought he was one of the best quality dudes in the business. He's held up his end of a lot of great, memorable matches. He's got the respect of literally every wrestler. He's at a level where he can call the shots on everything he does from now on.

He probably won't want it, but I think the tribute they give this dude when he retires may be bigger than Flair's. That's how important he is to the wrestling business.

Without a doubt. The Undertaker essentially IS the WWF/E. He's evolved gracefully. Almost every time he comes to the ring, you've got to go :wow: :merchant: :whoo: no matter how old you are or how long you've been watching.

Because he's overrated imo

I can't name 5 great NON gimmick matches of his off the top of my head that are classics.

Never gave anybody there best matches

Forgettable title runs

I will say though, he is underrated in regards to him not having an issue with giving younger guys rubs

Badd Blood HIAC is HBGOAT's best match imo :ld:
Kane's best/most memorable matches are against Taker.

The thing about Undertaker is that his matches usually always have awesome psychology. That HIAC match is a psychological masterpiece.
