What is your problem I been consistent of my hate for happ and the waste of money which led to us not getting Corbin or Dallas as I knew the rotation would do this . Should I have given sonny gray a pass as well ? You and @tremonthustler1 kept on with this so what trade deadline nonsense and now we bout to get no one and if we do pay a highly elevated price .

Had we signed Keuchel you'd STILL be complaining about adding another pitcher though. He's not the answer! Let it go. At the end of the day, the Yankees can still win it in October. We just don't have any faith in what we have at the moment. Outside of acquiring Bumgarner, NONE of these guys should make you comfortable. NONE of them, and that's including Corbin who I wanted and still do.

Now that we're serious again, teams don't wanna be the reason why we win it all. Instead of getting what he could, he's trying to create a pitcher that doesn't exist in his head. yea Cashman and the nerds wanna get cute but you're gonna have to come up off something real valuable to get an ace like pitcher and that's really what the team needs, but this shyt about teams wanting Torres now is just some bullshyt
At this stage, for me, it's MadBum or do nothing.
We need a top of the rotation add, not another #3 or #4. We all know that MadBum isn't what he used to be, but still very capable of carrying a rotation, as well as performing at the highest level. Can't say the same about any of the other options (Stroman, Bauer, Minor, Roark, Ray, Wheeler or Thor) being brought up in this extremely weak trade deadline period. We need a sure thing at this stage, since we really don't have one in our rotation right now. We need a difference maker, period.
If we do nothing, then our bullpen strength will have to be put to the test. More "opener" type games, etc. Depending on Sevy, Betances, Montgomery or even Stanton to come back and be difference makers is a very tall ask, almost a pipe dream. But here we are.....

If MadBum gets moved tomorrow and we aren't the team I'll be livid, but other than him there's no one I'm pounding the table for. Stop the crying and wipe the fake tears.

He'll get a starter, but I don't think he truly cares about starting pitching, or at least its not a high priority.
