I want to have like innovations and improvements in other fields like Cancer research and Stem Cell research and stuff like that. There's alot of obstacles and problems hindering all of these cures from being fixed. I hope I'm wrong and it does get better.

Yep, you think the pharma companies don't wanna lose all that bread they make from HIV medications. They would have to find a way to match the earnings they are making now. Probably would just make the medications super super expensive to offset any potential loses.

I honestly believe, that anything they have a medication to relieve the sickness for a period of time. They have the cure for that sickness, but the money ain't in the cure.

I'm willing to bet they do more research finding a way for people to live with a disease, than they did to find the cure which they hide.

The cure will come out when hiv/aids numbers drop and they have no choice but to offer the cure cause ain't that many people got it anyways.
