When talking charisma,I would think of sumbody who is a little more unusual,who convinces people who are unlike them to come around to their strange or unusual way of thinking....I'd put Too Short in there,Mac Dre,Jay-Z,Dru Down,T.I,E-40,Snoop,Future might be right towards the top....He's done it twice under different versions of himself
Then again so has Wayne,he stood out in the Hotboyz days to me as the future superstar of the group,then he grew up as a man and became that star again as a lyricist..swagger and charisma are in the same family,but two different things I would have to say.
