No it's not. There's too many post-apocalyptic Zombie games out or coming out on Consoles & PC. If you want to see a next-gen system seller that's a post-apocalyptic Zombie game, wait till Sony drops a bomb with the announcement of a 1080p/60fps "Game of the Year" edition of "The Last of Us" PS4 Port (with all the DLC included).

There is a lot of folks (including Xbots) who literally holding out & hoping for a PS4 port of "The Last of Us".

we must have different perceptions of what a system seller is why would people to rush out to buy last of us when we've all played it already on ps3? when i got my 360, the first game i purchased was Dead Rising. don't under estimate the power of zombie games, there's NOT a lot of zombie sandbox games for consoles.
