We currently lack a new Tiffany Evans, Cherish, B5, and a Sammi to inspire the next generation

I can't think of a single active artist that produces music like the ones listed in the OP. Music specifically for the youth.

Granted, when I talk about Sammi I'm referring to his "I like it" days, not his messy VS days. Same with Chris Brown, when he was a vibrant young man that loved to dance and sing. Same with a young Ciara during her 2step era.

I'll even give lil Romeo and lil Bow wow their props for putting out hits for the youth when they were kids.

I believe artists like these help shape a culture in young adults but I haven't heard of an artist active like the ones I listed?

It dawned on me recently that Ice Spice is the kind of artist middle and high school girls are listening to.

Yes, OMG Girlz and Mindless Behavior were the last of their kind. This is around 2011/2012 when drill is breaking into mainstream media.
