We have to address moderator behavior regarding thread bans

As of right now, I have been temporarily banned with no explanation or method of communication with any moderator regarding these two threads:

Why?

I have contributed information in the form of videos, links, tweets, articles, and opinions to the threads...and I still get banned?

All of my comment was ON TOPIC and THREAD SPECIFIC. ALL OF IT.

Why?

I have no had any communication with ANY moderator nor have I been directly addressed.
This is a very serious subject to me and I find it not only cowardly but shameful that moderators are so willing to seek to limit the method of discourse of a politically charged event.

Emotions are VERY high here. This isn't a game. Islam deserves criticism and trying to evade any responsibility or accountability on account of having controversial opinions just shows how indirectly aligned moderators are with the views of these extremists in trying to limit the course of discussion to only topics that they approve of.

I get it. I'm not well liked on here...but above all else, you all can't tell me that I'm not well informed, that I don't make elaborate and nuanced arguments or that I don't respect the nature of debate. This is a message board...not a town hall in a reserved room at a community college. We should have that freedom on here. I enjoy The Coli and I think moderators should MODERATE...not oppress views they can't handle.

If a moderator responds to this, I seriously think I deserve a thorough explanation.

Yes, I put a reason in his 1 day banning.
"Constant derailment and insults" because :
- him and @Poitier were going at it and insulting each other derailing the thread making it a "Islam is good VS Islam is bad" thread therefore I banned both of them for a day so they could calm down.

I've warned numerous times in this thread that debate was OK but not insults and I clearly stated that I would not hesitate to mod regardless of one's feelings.

You're a coward when it comes to controversial opinions on current events. How is that an insult? Thats what it really comes down to. You only like comments that blow smoke up muslim's asses, but anytime someone talks shyt about Islam, you get super tense as if shyt is going to go south. I called you out on it and you came out here caping hard for "well its not all of them." Not only is that BS, but its well within the realm of the frame and topic of the conversation. You just don't like feeling uncomfortable. However, despite your PERSONAL views, this is outside of a proper motive on your half as a moderator.

You know it too. Lets be honest. You even had to get called out by another poster for aggressively deleting content you anxiously reacted to.

At no point did I derail the thread to the degree @Poitier did with his comments about the NAACP bombing, nor did I trying to make the topic about "white supremacy" as many others did.

I don't agree with @Poitier often, but I don't think he nor I should have been banned because of your hesitation to let posters engage in the type of discussion they wanted to.

You don't have to like me, or what you think I represent, or what you think you know about me based on my views and how they may or may not align with how I carry myself offline, but if you want to call yourself a good moderator, you should RESPECT my views and my contributions to these threads.

Review both threads in the OP. Then tell me who contributed more information than I did.
