We need an organization to go around and collect employee reviews.

I'm applying for different companies and looking at reviews form Glassdoor and Indeed. Don't know if the reviews are legit or fake from upper management.

In a perfect world there'd be some sort of organization that would collect reviews from employees from each company. That way you'd know if an employer is great or terrible. Of course it wouldn't be perfect, but it'd be better than Glassdoor/indeed.

Reviews are OK. Like 3.9 stars with 13 reviews.

The other company is white owned of course, 4.2 stars and like 116 reviews

I was looking at reviews of the same black company I mentioned and the bad review mentioned thugsAnd this is a professional company
