Mass incarceration will never work in the Black community's favor because THE PRISON SYSTEM IN AMERICA IS THE CONTINUATION OF CHATTEL SLAVERY IN AMERICA!

Rehabilitation is not a primary, secondary or tertiary goal when the Black prisoner is in mind for the USA.

The guy advocating disagrees with you. He says it does rehabilitate you. Todays society is just catch and release ain't no real consequences
