Reading throughout this thread I already see the dumbasses talking about "the gym cures everything" advice

as if healthy and in shape individuals don't suffer from mental illness (which isn't limited to depression)

that's why I can't take much of y'all seriously when it comes to answers or suggestions.
It's obvious most of y'all have a disconnection with reality or don't care about the reality of others...which is why the prototypical responses are always... "oh shut up and just go to the gym" is so frequent on here...
