It's funny how the media and people on social media are complaining about the "circus" surrounding Shedeur, when the media and people on social media created it.
It's just like 1/2 offseason was about where Aaron Rogers was going to sign and how he was holding Pittsburg hostage, now the narrative is he's washed up.
At the end of the day, the BROWNS created this "circus" the moment they drafted him. And a lot of people in the media are saying their "future" franchise QB isn't even on the team. So what are we even talking about?
This is an organization that has never won a super bowl, and haven't even been to a super bowl. A franchise that has played second fiddle in their own state. You can't blame fans for being excited for once about a player.

I didn’t say it was about race. He clearly didn’t like Mayfield and instead of game planning like he had a QB with a broken shoulder, he prepared for every game like Manning was back there and made him throw it 35+ times a game.

You’re totally dismissing last season being an outlier season for BM. He’s never had a season like that in his career. Then he stunk it up in CAR after leaving CLE and somehow impressed folks with that one start in LA.
There’s no bigger Jameis fan on this site than me but Jameis ain’t starting when you got a nikka on the roster making $239MM guaranteed. He could be playing like a hybrid of Montana and Young and still wasn’t starting.
