i made like 48 k last year, and i put my witholding at 1 instead of 0. got 800 from the feds

i woulda sworn i saw that my refund is going up a little but i guess i'll find out. if this fakkit reduced peoples tax returns, he's toast in 2020

I got my w2 yesterday and immediately started doing my taxes on turbotax to see my return and i was heated as fukk to see the number

1.2k is two months worth of mortgage payments for me so that would have been huge

Trump has no chance in 2020

Anyone saying otherwise is a scared defeatist

Combining tax returns this year and the government shutdown is enough for him to lose the 80k voters that got him over the top. Nevermind all the mueller garbage. That shyts not even necessary. If trump was as clean as a whistle hed still lose

Woke up this morning and the bank account was a lil heavier. They came through. Time to invest.

They changed withholdings so people got more throughout the year

It's possible you may have gotten more back but it was spread throughout all of 2018.

You would have to do a side by side of income and tax paid for 2017 and 2018 to see if you ended up paying less and keeping more

Of course most people won't feel an extra 100 bucks a month since they are psychologically more inclined to like a bigger refund at this time even though they are giving the government interest free money to hold onto
