I'm fully invested, as you all know I'm a Sacramento native and I love my city to the core. I wouldn't call myself a huge Kings fan, I was as a kid 20 years ago but I'm back on the wagon now...
13 games in this team looks like the best Kings team we've had in many years. We won 39 games in '19 and barely missed the playoffs, this team looks better than that one and I've watched a few Mike Brown press conferences, I think he's truly grateful for the opportunity to lead a team again and I'd on a mission to validate himself as great head coach...
As a Sacramento native I know how much ending the drought would mean to the city. The City lives and breathes the Kings, all the jokes over the years from muhfukkas talking bout move the Kings, don't realize how embedded into the culture of the city the Kings are...
Drought would end at 17 years if we can make it in April. If we make it I'm coming home to try to catch a playoff game, and my hope is that we are pretty locked into it that I can catch an early ticket...but this is about more than just this season to me, ending the drought is the first step...
The way Sabonis and Fox play off each other is outstanding, and we've seen Fox take another leap so far. My boy is on his 4th head coach in 6 years, he deserves all the praise for staying down with the squad instead of trying to find his way out. In my eyes he's already a Kings legend...
The shooting around these two is amazing, fukking Huerter was a home run pickup. Malik Monk was a home run acquisition. Harrison Barnes feels like he's been around forever but is still just 30, and the right veteran presence for us...
I'm just so happy to watch this team and happy for the ascension, happy to see us have a national game last night.
@LezJepzin have you been to any games so far? What's the confidence level in the team locally?
Riding with the set, Kings going to the postseason this year! #EndThefukkingDrought #LightTheBeam
