its not that simple man. I personally have a thin waist...size 32 with broad ass shoulders and a size 17 neck. As a result size medium doesnt cut it even though my chest is probably like 40 inches and we cant all afford tailored shirts.
EVen times i'll be wearing a large or size 17-35 extra slim fit shirt from Brooks bros and it still wont tuck in perfectly and will be a little flimsy at the back. Its bullshyt. Like dude said No Iron helps though just a bit. Dont really have the wrinkling problem

Try this. Get no-iron dress shirts. Get some shirt stays. This is what cops wear to prevent wrinkles. There are four shirt stays per pack, usually. You can get them from a fire/emt/police uniform store or a military exchange store (if you are military, then you already know about these). You need to wear dress socks that almost go up to your knees.
At the bottom hem of your shirt, attach one shirt stay on the left front side. Attach another one on the right front side. Attach another one on the back left side and the other one on the back right side.
Then, take the front left shirt stay and wrap it around your leg once and attach the bottom clip to the top of your left sock on the front. Take the rear left shirt stay and wrap it around your leg, but going in the opposite direction of the front shirt stay and attach it to the front top of your sock. The shirt stays should criss-cross. Do this with the right shirt stays.
Adjust the length of the shirt stays so that it pulls the bottom of the shirt down while you are standing straight up. When you sit, the shirt stays will stretch and sag but go back to normal when you stand up.
