Hopefully someone can help me out. I need to setup a website with streaming capabilities. Can anyone recommend some good programs to use? Which one of those "plug n play" type deals is any good? Is it possible to create a nice website using one of those?

Go to themeforest and find yourself a decent WordPress template. Websites cam be very time consuming. It's not as easy as just grabbing a template and running with it. You need to make sure you have enough content. If streaming is your thing start with a twitch channel and when you have more viewers look into a website.
