This is week 2 of dieting and training to get back to 5% body fat, I assume this will take 16 weeks.
This week, I still did light weight and trained body parts together will minimal rest periods.
In the vids for that day we trained arms, shoulders, in legs in one training session.
Next week I will break it down to 2 groups per session.
