oh good idea. i'd suggest, although not related, to check out mid/side EQ or mid/side compression as well if you haven't ever checked it out. very useful tool to keep your low end mono and solid while the high end to be wiiiiide and open

What does Kontakt 10 really do for your beats? I've been using the basic stuff on FL Studio.

Kontakt has some good real instruments, but for hiphop it's hit or miss. some packs used in hiphop just sound cheesy. their horns and cinematic stuff is amazine, but not always approrpriate for hiphop imo
