i didnt know this until about a year ago, but you can actually technically say whatever you want on those channels. shyt like TBS for example. they just choose not to swear because of sponsorship. i think they said 'fukk' on that OJ show

but whats strictly enforced is like ABC and the single digit channels. thats why janets titty was such an outrage

They said fukk on Atlanta a lot, I think FX is more lax. I find it odd that network tv has a thing about cussing, but have no qualms about showing gay sex all the time, without hesitation.
