Weird thing happened at work - from the past

Well, it happened months ago. Didn't want to post about to avoid anyone putting one and one together and knowing it might be where I work.

So a couple months ago, I'm walking through a break room we have. It's a short cut for me to leave instead of taking a hallway. So there's this female employee walking in the other direction, but she's got a dazed look on her face. Just not all there. I notice that she got a button undone in the middle of her blouse, right where the bra is. I ignore it, but it seemed like she picked up her walking pace as I soon as I passed her.
Months go by, and then she's no longer here. She left or got laid off. No explanation as she was in a different work group. Wonder what happened.

She was clearly distraught about the Rockets losings the WCF and had a breakdown at work.

She probably just forgot to fasten the button while she was getting dressed that morning. It happens.

It was still the regular season. Rockets were still in the running.
It was in the late afternoon, by that time, she probably would have noticed. I had guesses that she got in a backroom with a player and he unbuttoned her blouse and felt around. She was dazed afterwards because she felt like a 'hoe even though she succumbed to it all. She was a good looking African-American 20's female, BTW.
