If you’ve ever had an overdraft transaction clear then you’ve been extended a line of credit. This will affect alot of people but is probably a good thing because these fees are how alot of banks generate a significant portion of their income. Meaning that alot of people pay overdraft fees when they are already in the hole.

Lmao I have a line a credit with my bank but I’ve never used it. I think it’s directly linked to my checking account which I also don’t use lol.

If this was one of you older credit lines, if it's one of your higher limits, especially if you don't have a lot of other lines, your credit is gonna take a hit from this.
I still don't get what they're trying to achieve by doing this.. aren't other banks doing the opposite?
