Didn't really wanna bumped this thread, but forget all that hype I made about Wendy's making better fries. Although the fries are better, they still don't use fresh grease in most places, and the customer service is still hit or miss, although I haven't been back to the location I mentioned in my OP, where I gave all that praise to. They didn't really deserve much praise to begin with, not to mention 90% of my burger was laying off the bun when I unwrapped it. Not 50%, but 90%. I never seen nothing like it. Then again, it may have slid off the bun when I was digging the sandwich out the bag. Anyway, since making that post, I visited different locations, and their fries only tasted a little better than they use to, and they didn't stay warm all that much longer, probably because they didn't change their grease. So I guess it wasn't really worth all that hype. Some of you may have already discovered this. The only reason I made this thread was because the day after I had those new fries, I read an article saying Wendy's were upgrading their fries to stay warm and fresh longer. So I thought this was a permanent thing, and not just a good day. I should have known better, because although the fries tasted good that day, they were still on the cool side, and I still had to asked for fresh fries.
Tbh, nobody should be eating this fast food in the first place. I just thought somebody may wanna try these new fries, instead of that Burger King garbage, who continue to give you poor service, and poor food. Hate to say it, but when most of these Black women do give good customer service, you can tell it's a struggle. Some sisters just don't have the personality to deal with people, even when the people are polite. Somehow, nobody wants to acknowledge that part anymore, and they've foolishly decided to focus only on the customer. Getting hopeless when it comes to them.

Sorry for what you're going through OP, I've done some research on your behalf and it looks like fries are being rolled out over the course of the month. Perhaps this other Wendys hasn't gotten the upgrade yet?
