Hip hop always had bad rappers doing numbers aka MC Hammer and vanilla ice.

Its really Drake, kendrick, and Cole that are the faces of it right now. 2 chainz run is almost at the finish line

I can understand - even if i dont agree with- your point until this.

You can't have it both ways.

Is music today different or the same than "80s babies/80s kids music"? If it's the same shouldn't you like it...if it's different shouldn't you be okay with it, because they ARENT recycling old shyt?

The music today is new, it is different. And like that other guy said. It's not going from Tupac and Biggie to 2 Chainz and Iggy. It's going from Hammer and Vanilla Ice to 2 Chainz and Iggy. Just cause their popular doesn't mean their taken seriously as artists - even by their fans.
