I like the draft, overall. I'd give it a solid B as of today. We got Devonta . Wishing breh a healthy and long career. They have a decent core on paper on Offense with Smith, Reagor, Fulgham, Godert,(Ertz),Sanders, Gainwell. Milton gives you an upgrade on Ridgeway and can probably at least be a rotational lineman moving forward with upside. We got a smart young CB thats at least in for dime reps this year. The S and DE they took late are getting converted to LB apparently, so there's at least an influx of talent at the older positions.

So, not gonna lie, I was a bit concerned about Devonta Smith. I wasn’t too happy that the Eagles traded #84 to move up for him because 1) I thought (still think) they should have taken Fields and 2) because while I think Smith was incredible in college, I was still skeptical about how his size would translate to the NFL.

But since then, I’ve gone back and watched some of the tape that’s available on him. And it’s reminded me just how incredible as a player he is. Like, I’m watching footage of this guy just humiliating DBs over and over, and against press too. He's an unbelievable technician. I've seen him beat Jaycee Horn and Eric Stokes, two guys taken in the 1st Round. Smith is really fukking good. While I still would rather have Fields, and his size will always be a question until the season starts, I’m 100% behind this move. If the Eagles are going to bet on Jalen Hurts, they've gotten him some good help.

Imagine Smith hits as WR1 and if Reagor or Fulgham can develop into an effective WR2, with a head coach with WR experience teaching them.

And then you put Goedert, Sanders, and that new RB we got into the mix. I’m still not sure on Hurts, but the makings of a decent offensive core are there if everything plays out the way it should. Not that it’s a guarantee that it will, obviously, but at least it’s something that’s worth getting excited about.

Favorite pick: Landon dikkerson, OG/C, Alabama

The Eagles had no shortage of candidates here, which is the main reason they are No. 1 on my list. But dikkerson gets my vote because of his combination of high-end talent at any of the interior line positions and his impact in the locker room. His injury history is troublesome, but well worth the risk.

Day 3 pick who could surprise: Zech McPhearson, CB, Texas Tech

This was a tough choice between McPhearson, Gainwell and Tuipulotu, but the cornerback is the pick because I thought he went widely underrated throughout the process. The Penn State transfer looks comfortable in both man and zone and shows outstanding fluidity and toughness to mirror receivers.

Brugler has us as his #1 class

After Hurts he's definitely the biggest beneficiary from adding DeVonta. All the pressure from missing on DK & Jefferson was on his shoulders last year, media would ask him about Jefferson every week


Now he can just go out there and play as the clear #2, everyone knows The Heisman is the top dog in the room Even bum ass JJAW might fukk around and start producing

I hope he's another Brandon Graham that just took a little longer to develop
