Were ECW Referees The ONLY Non-Weak Wrestling Referees?

Seriously how many times we seen a WCW Title, WWE Title or TNA Title match expecting a referee bump by a weak ass clothesline or some shyt and the referees stay down like 35 minutes before reviving? I've been watching old school ECW matches on youtube lately and I remember that ECW never had their referees lay down like that. ECW referees either: fought back with succession or they got laid the fukk out only with somebody's finisher... they wasn't no punks....

I be hating when they be doing the stupid storylines of referees cannot hit a wrestler under any circumstance no matter what. TNA kept doing that shyt with refs Shane Sewell, Garrett Bischoff and Taryn Terrell... like they are supposed to stand there and take their asswhoopings or get fired, in real life the wrestlers would have got shot just like how Taryn Terrell shot down Drew McIntyre's wrestling career.
