Granted some of the action scenes and story plot scenes were alot less interesting than the first matrix, but plot wise and as far as answering questions and a complete resolution, do you think the matrix did a good job overall?????

I think all three movies were excellent, I re-watch them as much as I can tolerate to grasp the more subtle messages.

Thinking back it just seems like everything went over heads but when I think back on it, the scene where he finally met the creator of the matrix, at first i didnt like how he was talking and acting, but when you think about it, i think it was really a deep scene and he was probably saying alot of stuff i didnt catch on 2 at first that would really make sense. i jus remember being dissapointed in some of the deaths (trinity) but thinking back on it, it was a sad beautiful ending that probably was the only way the movie should have actually ended. I think thinking back on the Trilogy the ending was probably so ahead of time that you couldnt appreciate it really til u get past the bad points.

I noticed I loved 2 and 3 more than most cause of the philosophy behind it
I remember watching a special on the trilogy on one of the discovery channels and it blowing my mind even further
I wish I could find the youtube video of it

But yes
it went over everyones head

only thing I didn't understand was how agent smith took human form. it didn't make sense how he could hook into reality like that.

also, the Merovingian....what was his role in all of this and how was he so powerful?

and when neo was trapped in that train station...with the other programs that were tryin to get out...what was the purpose of that?

I think they took the easy way out by making neo jesus. That was cool for the first movie but they should have went a different way instead of doing it over for the third/last one.

The merovingians in history are descendants of jesus supposedly but in the trilogy he is like satan. He collects programs scheduled for deletion like the devil collects souls and they work for him more or less.

I always wanted and official backstory on him since he claimed to have met the other "ones"

The fighting scenes ruined the 3rd movie to me. They took the final fight to far and had big screen version of a Dragon Ball Z battle.

I still don't know what was going on when everything was explained. It had to of been the first time in my life where I zoned out while watching a movie.

The only thing that went over my head was the fact that 2 &3 sucked because they didn't have another script to steal.
